History
Warren Allen LLP was founded
in 1969 in downtown Portland as a general partnership under the name
Solomon, Warren & Killeen. In 1971, the partners purchased a new building
and the firm moved to its present location in the Gateway Area Business
District on Portland’s East side. Founding partner Carlton D. Warren
practiced at the firm until his retirement in 2004.
Warren Allen LLP has always been a full service civil practice law firm.
The firm has grown over time, and currently has nine attorneys and eight
staff employees. In 2004, the firm changed its name from Warren Allen King
O’Hara Bennett Jepsen & Diamond, LLP to Warren Allen LLP.
The firm is now the largest full service Portland area law firm East of
the Willamette River. The firm serves businesses and individuals locally
and throughout the Northwest. Warren Allen LLP has changed over the years,
but its commitment to exceptional client service has remained the same.
