
Warner E. Allen graduated from Willamette Law School in 1969 and was admitted to practice in Oregon that same year. After serving four years as a JAG officer with the United States Marine Corps, he returned to private practice in Oregon in 1974. He joined the firm of Warren Allen LLP in 1980.
Mr. Allen’s practice emphasizes real estate and land use including condominium development and homeowner associations, commercial litigation, business law and employment law as well as wills, trusts and estates. His clients include lenders, developers, realtors, small and medium sized businesses and individuals from all walks of life.
Mr. Allen is the managing partner of Warren Allen LLP. He also heads its real estate department and usually serves as the lead attorney on difficult or complex litigation. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Real Estate & Land Use and Law Practice Management Sections. Mr. Allen is AV peer review rated with Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics.
Outside his law practice, Mr. Allen is active in church and community groups. He is a retired colonel in the United States Marine Corps. He is an avid golfer, a pilot, enjoys playing the guitar and taking care of his 1953 Morgan automobile.
