Carl F. Jepsen

Carl F. Jepsen is a 1971 graduate of the University of Oregon and earned his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1974. After serving four years as an Air Force JAG Officer, he entered private practice in 1979. He joined the firm of Warren Allen LLP in 1992. Mr. Jepsen is a member of the bar in both Oregon and Washington and is AV peer review rated with Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics.

Carl Jepsen is the Co-host of “Investing Simplified” a weekly local call in radio program at 7am Saturdays on AM 860 "The Voice of Portland" where investing and estate planning topics are discussed. The weekly call in show is replayed at 8pm each following Sunday.  Mr. Jepsen frequently presents estate planning seminars to various groups and members of the Public.

Mr. Jepsen’s practice emphasizes wills, trusts, probate, elder law and related litigation. Mr. Jepsen stresses preventative law through careful document preparation and advice. He is also an experienced and effective trial attorney in court, arbitration, and appellate proceedings. Mr. Jepsen clients include investment and financial service companies, surveyors/engineers, accounting firms, realtors, contractors and mortgage brokers as well as individuals from all walks of life. Outside the practice or law he is active in various business, church and civic organizations including serving on the board of directors of Elders In Action, a Portland based nonprofit organization serving seniors.
